Honoka - Silhouette is part of Shoyeido’s Low Smoke Daily Incense series, a line crafted for everyday use with about 30 % less smoke than traditional incense while still honouring Kyoto’s centuries-old incense blending tradition. Its gentle profile makes it well-suited for meditation, relaxation, or routine scenting of small spaces. 

Meaning behind the Name:
“Honoka” (ほのか) is translated as Silhouette, evoking a soft, understated presence, much like the delicate shape of an object seen in gentle light or mist. The name reflects the incense’s subtle, refined fragrance that forms an unobtrusive, calming backdrop rather than an overpowering focal point.
