Meaning behind the Name: The name “Kobunboku” (literally “Plum Tree” / “Plum Blossom Wood”) is symbolic rather than literal, it evokes the refined, serene atmosphere associated with a plum tree in bloom. The incense aims to recreate that calm, pure, almost literary ambience.
